Genuine Engagement of Employees (1 of 3)

I always receive requests and inquiries around practical tips and mile markers and other examples that can be quickly executed and measured to know we are driving towards the right path. Beyond the traditional fun stuff, I still advocate for the Top 3 Elements discussed in the past:

  1. Account Specific Leadership Sessions – this is where we discuss leadership concepts, theories, books, videos, articles, personal experiences around Leadership and anything else in between. The key is to ensure that products and policies discussions are kept out of these sessions. This can also be sessions around the company or the account’s direction, plans for the next 3-5 years and how they fit and or can contribute to that plan.

Why we do it – The focus is on developing and helping the leadership mindset mature and continuously evolve. This is also where we help them see and feel that they are part of something bigger. These are especially effective for team members that are motivated by love for the job, growth and learning new things.
